Our IBM service agreement allows IBM to provide you with on-site hardware service anywhere in the United States on selected "STM" Premium Brand upgrades. This includes any IBM system covered by an IBM on-site warranty or an IBM on-site maintenance agreement. Covers only select IBM parts.
